Get to Know Pia

Before starting PS Marketing, I spent years working in the hospitality industry, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with amazing teams and help organizations bring their visions to life. I was a Sales Executive and Conference Services Manager at 2 major hotel chains in Vancouver, where I learned the ins and outs of client relations, event coordination, and the importance of clear communication.

 

When the pandemic hit, many small business owners—including those in real estate, restaurants, and clothing—reached out for help as they adapted to the new normal. I was honored to assist them with things like marketing, website design, and elevating their brands online. It was from these rewarding experiences that PS Marketing was born. My goal is to take my knowledge and passion for helping businesses thrive and use it to support others in their growth.

 

A temporary corporate sales position brought me to the Okanagan. After my contract ended, I decided to stay because the area truly grew on me. I love spending my time gardening, exploring the farmers' markets, and wholeheartedly supporting local businesses. That’s one of the main reasons I started PS Marketing—to help small businesses thrive and improve by offering tailored marketing and administrative solutions that streamline operations and make them stand out in the community.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors with my two English Springer Spaniels or spending time nurturing my garden.
